Why does my print look slightly different from the photo?

Hand block printing is done one impression at a time, so small variations in colour and alignment are normal. They are the mark of handwork, not a defect.

How should I wash my block print?

Hand-wash or use a gentle cycle in cold water with mild detergent. Wash dark colours separately for the first few washes, and dry in shade to keep the colours rich.

How do delivery and returns work?
